Forge-site PR preview environments (local k8s)

  Slack plan request: I want to have deployment previews for the forge-website, to be able to send a PR and that to spawn a new deployment in my local k8s, and once the branch is deleted it can delete the preview environment. I want to be able to control this creation/deletion manually as well via gh actions

  let’s plan to install a github runner inside the k3s cluster so this works as the communication bridge with the k3s control plan when an emphemeral env is needed. For the subdomain, let’s use pr-####.<http://localpower.diegobarahona.com|localpower.diegobarahona.com>
